In this webinar, award-winning author and TEDx speaker, Dima Ghawi will discuss the intricacies of unconscious bias, how to uncover the root of these predispositions and share actionable methods for managing these unseen prejudices. The dialogue will focus on three essential messages related to curiosity, courageousness and commitment.  

Drawing on innovative neuroscience research, Ghawi will explain types of unconscious biases and microaggressions and highlight the negative impacts these biases have on our brains, wellbeing and the workplace.
