The following terms and conditions are valid for each attendee at all events, including summits, seminars and conferences, hosted by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Any person, delegate, accompanying person, student, media representative, speaker or exhibitor is considered an attendee. By registering for such an event, you agree to the following:

Early Registration
To be eligible to receive the early registration price, registration and payment must both be received by the early registration deadline indicated for the event. Any registrations received by this date without payment will be invoiced for the full registration amount.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is intended to keep costs low for attendees. Due to financial obligations incurred by ACFE, Inc. you must cancel your registration prior to the start of the event. Cancellations received less than 14 calendar days prior to an event start date are subject to a $100 administrative fee ($250 administrative fee for the in-person CFE Exam Review Course). No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received on or after the start date of the event. Those who do not cancel and do not attend are responsible for the full registration fee. Accommodations
I understand if I reserve a room at the course hotel, the hotel may disclose to the ACFE non-financial reservation information, (name, dates of stay), for the purpose of updating and confirming the event room block. Room block rates are subject to availability.

Photo and Video Release
By registering for this event, I grant the ACFE or anyone authorized by the ACFE, the right to use or publish in print or electronic format, any photographs or video containing my image or likeness for any promotional purpose, without compensation.
Your mailing address may be disseminated to sponsors or exhibitors for promotional purposes. In no event will the ACFE share your phone number or email address with these sponsors or exhibitors.

Sessions and Speakers
The ACFE reserves the right to make changes to the program at any time as circumstances dictate. Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard and value should unavoidable changes occur. The ACFE does not accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at an ACFE event or in any material provided to attendees.

Attendance Requirements
IN-PERSON (GROUP LIVE): To claim CPE credit, you will need to record and report a CPE PIN code for each session you attend. Following the course, please log into the Claim My Event CPE page and click View next to the course name. You will be taken to a page where you will be able to enter your CPE PIN codes to claim your CPE credit and download your CPE certificate.
VIRTUAL (GROUP INTERNET BASED): To earn CPE credit, you must attend the full session and click on pop-ups that will appear throughout each presentation. The required number of viewing minutes and pop-ups will be listed on the CPE widget of each session console.
The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: NASBAregistry.org.
