Description
The fraud investigation involves a unique set of interview related dynamics. Central to the success of the fraud investigation is the level of specific interviewing knowledge, skill and ability competencies of the interviewer. The fraud related interview has its own set of appropriate persuasive themes, techniques and practices. This course will teach you to incorporate the dynamics of the fraud triangle and fraud diamond to the interview process and to prepare an interview strategy based upon the information received from a fraud investigation.
Prerequisites
Experience interviewing witnesses and fraud suspects in a fraud examination

Differentiate between the various components of the Fraud Triangle and Fraud Diamond
Identify the basic constructs necessary for fraud to occur and how they relate to the interview process
Identify interviewing techniques used and best practices in fraud-related interviews
Recognize and utilize the dynamics of fraud to gain compliance within the interview
