The potential of AI platforms, such as ChatGPT, can enhance workplace productivity, assist fraud examination workflows and speed up or automate routine tasks. Utilizing AI’s natural language processing facilitates communication, query resolutions and can improve interactions within an organization.  

In this session, you will delve into the ethical considerations surrounding AI and explore how AI learns from data that can potentially impact user interactions and decision-making. Additionally, you will examine the implications of AI’s capabilities on organizational dynamics and data integrity. 

Prerequisites

Knowledge of and experience with preparation of written reports of investigation findings; Knowledge of and experience with inter-organization communications.
